I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping of my purchase from Classics and Beyond Auto Gallery.

I understand and acknowledge that Classics and Beyond Auto Gallery ("C&B") does not provide shipping services directly. Any recommendations or referrals to shippers made by C&B are for informational purposes only. C&B does not endorse or guarantee the services of any specific shipper.

I further acknowledge that the choice of a shipping service provider is entirely at my discretion, and I have the freedom to select any shipper of my choice to transport the vehicle. C&B does not have any financial interest or involvement in the selection of the shipper, and any agreements or arrangements made with a shipper are solely between buyer and the chosen shipper.

I understand that once the vehicle is in the possession of the selected shipper, C&B bears no liability or responsibility for any damages, losses, delays, or other issues related to the shipping process. C&B is released from any liability pertaining to the condition of the vehicle upon a Bill of Lading from the shipper.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to choose my preferred shipper and that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined herein. I accept full responsibility for any decisions I make regarding the shipping of the vehicle.
